My approach is grounded in compassion, clarity and understanding that meaningful change happens when we feel safe, supported and truly heard.
For over 30 years I worked in corporate Human Resources (HR) supporting people through some of the most stressful and emotionally challenging moments of their working lives.
I became known as the person people turned to when they needed calm, clarity and compassionate guidance - someone who could help them navigate difficult conversations, health concerns, feeling of stress or overwhelm and the heavy weight of " I don't know what to do next".
My career has always been rooted in people. I've supported individuals and managers through complex wellbeing issues, mental health concerns, burnout and workplace challenges, and I was advising on resilience and emotional health long before they became everyday language.
I've always believed that when people feel supported, understood and empowered they can move forward in ways they never thought possible.
My Most Meaningful Achievement:
In my final years in HR, I became the Health and Wellbeing Lead - a role that allowed me to shape a culture where people could truly thrive. I developed a Wellbeing and Mental Health Action Plan, created resources for managers, and worked alongside senior leaders to help build a psychologically safe environment where everyone could be at their best and bring their best self's to work.
That work lit a spark in me.
It reminded me that wellbeing isn't a "nice to have" it's the foundation of everything.
And it led me here.

I stand for creating a safe, supportive space where people can be honest about how they're feeling and what they want to change. A space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself without judgement or pressure. I believe in:

I’m a busy working mum of two, and like many people, I’ve lived through chapters that stretched me far beyond my comfort zone. There were periods when I felt completely disconnected from myself, overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure how to find my way back. Reaching out for support became a turning point. It taught me the power of honesty, vulnerability, and allowing yourself to be helped.
I’ve also faced two life‑changing diagnoses, including breast cancer. Those moments reshaped how I live and how I care for myself. They taught me to listen to my body with compassion, to manage my energy with intention, and to prioritise rest and nourishment in a way I had never done before.
These experiences shape the way I coach - with compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild yourself from the inside out.
They’re the reason I do this work.
And they’re why I believe that even the hardest seasons can lead to a stronger, softer, more grounded version of who you are — not harder, not colder, but stronger in heart, mind, and spirit.

Growth isn’t always loud or dramatic. Often it’s steady, subtle, and deeply personal. I support clients to move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

I believe in helping people take ownership of their wellbeing. My role is to guide, not to direct but to support clients in finding their own answers and trusting their own voice.
